    RN Clinical Team Lead Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $44.96 $63.44 hour - Full Time, Nights. 36 hours a week. Range includes per night.

    +$2.50/hr for evening and weekend shifts.# Boulder Community health is seeking a RN Clinical Team Lead who Promoting patient safety, patient centered and relationship based care, a health work environment,and honoring our mission key responsibilities.

    The CTL is a department , mentor, and role model. Is responsible for the department in the absence of the Manager and/or Director. CTL is responsible for unit operations when assigned the charge role. CTL is responsible to both the unit and the units role in the overall hospital operations and flow. the staff through growth, change, and problem resolution.

    Must have 6 months of nursing experience. Responsibilities and coordinates shift operations to include early discharge, timely admissions, staffing, assignments, planning for pending admits. by meeting hospital and unit metrics. and assignments meet unit HPPD (productivity measure) and balance acuity, experience and ability throughout shift. to regulatory, human resource and employee health regulations. huddles relaying key patient safety and practice changes each shift. patient safety issues related to flow, admissions, staffing to the ARN. # and compromises to meet both unit and hospital wide demand. ARN will have final decision making if conflict. RN competency.
