RhönEnergie Customer Service GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of RhönEnergie Fulda. Our goal is to provide excellent service to the customers of the RhönEnergie Fulda Group.

We are available to them personally in our customer center, as well as in writing, by phone, and through digital channels such as video calls.

Through efficient communication, clear structures, and optimized processes, we ensure seamless customer experiences and the highest service quality.


These tasks await you with us:

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and ideally clarify their concerns in the initial contact. Alternatively, you will work with the relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
  • You provide advice to our private and commercial customers by phone and in person at our customer center, as well as in writing, on products and services of the RhönEnergie Fulda Group until the final resolution of the case.
  • You process change of address notifications, as well as changes to customer data including bank details, meter readings, and other key figures for private and commercial customers.
  • In addition, you are the contact person for our customers' inquiries about billing and sales promotions, and after successful training, you will also provide initial consultations on exciting topics such as emobility or alternative energy concepts.
