The Server possesses the highest comprehension of our food and beverage menus, and is ultimately responsible for providing present, proper, refined tableside service.

_

_RESPONSIBILITIES_
- _Serve as the primary guide for each and every guest_ _
- _Responsible for managing _with a designated section of tables_ specific _during_ every service period _
- _R_ecommend_s food and beverage pairings_
- _H_ighlig_hts specialties of the house_
- _T_ak_es and inputs orders correctly_
- _M_aintain_s_ a comfortable_ and clean_ t_abletop_
- _Graciously and_ properly handles payment_ _
- _Responsible for knowing the food and beverage options available, while also being able to describe the items to the guests and answer questions about the menu_
- _With the support of the bar_ staff_, server assistant, bussing and running staff, the server deliver_s_ the style of service expected of any Garces _Group restaurant_
- _Ability to have a friendly demeanor_ when present in the restaurant_
- _Must be able to follow _written and verbal instructions_
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while keeping a professional demeanor_
- _Ability to follow specific beverage recipes according_ to Garces Group standards_
- _Ability to stand or walk during an entire 8-10-hour shift_
- _Must be able to perform other related tasks designated from the management_

_QUALIFICATIONS_
- _Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and wine preferred_
- _Must be at least 18 years of age_

_Sunday and Monday availability required_:

_Minimum of 2 years serving experience in fine dining and/or upscale restaurant_

- _Demonstrates_ ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner_
- _Must be able to lift plates up to 20 lbs., approximately 20 feet sometimes involving stairs_
