As we continue to grow, we are looking for you to join our team at Ernst Dello GmbH & Co.

KG in our Hamburg-Harburg branch as a Service Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Ensuring the availability of your branch by phone
  • Acceptance and scheduling of customer orders and repair orders
  • Invoicing and processing for service and vehicle rental business
  • Customer care from initial contact to waiting area support with the goal of ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Workshop planning and complaint management

Qualifications you should bring:


  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training (e.g. as a car mechanic or similar) and ideally some initial professional experience in a comparable position
  • Ideally, some experience in the automotive industry in a similar position or in the workshop area
  • A high level of service and customer orientation, including a friendly and professional approach to our customers, is a given
