What you will do:


As a Global Business Process Lead, you will partner with cross-divisional and business experts across the entire Commercial Shared Services space, focusing on stakeholders in Customer Solutions and Costa Rica Financial Shared Services in collaboration with the IT Business Partner organization to drive adoption and evolution of Stryker-wide business processes.

You will also be responsible for the achievement of Global Process Governance organizational goals, objectives, and deliverables in the order to commissions area.


  • Understand the process area in scope of the endtoend (E2E) and collaborates with stakeholders to drive endtoend solution adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business process experts within Stryker divisions, functions, shared services (Centers Of Excellence), and geographies
  • Supports corporatewide transformation projects within respective process areas, including impact analysis and change management
  • Drives alignment, acceptance, and adoption of enterprisewide solutions within respective process area as well as up/downstream process areas
  • Coordinate involvement of local business process area leads and power users in key enhancement/project activities and work with them to understand the business process steps and data flows in support of successful implementation and adoption by their business
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Assists stakeholders to build consistent and robust business cases for changes and measures business results as needed
  • Ensures appropriate changes to BPMs (business process maps) and training materials for enhancements and changes within their respective process area
  • Ensure protection of the global template integrity across process areas in partnership with other Business Process Owners (BPOs), Global Process Leads (GPLs), and Global Process Governance Owners (GPGOs)
  • Assess new functionality impact, communicate, and coordinate any activities needed by businesses already using the global template
  • Partner with the IT Business Partner Organization to prioritize enhancements across the Accelerate Commercial Template

What you need:


  • 10+ years of experience across relevant process areas
  • Global mindset
  • 4+ years' experience in a process or people leadership role(s)
  • Broad experience across related forecast to plan and procure to pay areas to consider upstream and downstream impacts and implications
  • Experience in ERP order management processes highly preferred
  • Broad knowledge and experience across Commercial/Order to Cash/Sales Operations/Flex Finance
- 'Player-manager' type resource that can manage resources, track status as well as complete deliverables.

  • Leader that collaborates effectively across functions has strong influence skills, process orientation, and is able to build consensus and drive change.
  • Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- $126,500
:

- $279,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
