Join the team at Phoenix Prime Security as our new HR & Executive Assistant Manager In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in recruiting and HR compliance, while also supporting our CEO with daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Management: Enforce HR policies and compliance, handle employment paperwork, and manage employee discipline.

Executive Assistance: Support back office operations, monitor operational software, and assist the management team with daily activities and scheduling.
Requirements:
- Should possess some basic knowledge of the security industry.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in HR software (Jazz HR) and Google Sheets.
- Proven experience in HR and office management.
- Ability to work onsite in West Hollywood, Full Time (possibly weekends)
