We are looking for a project manager on our Philanthropy Communications team.Within this Philanthropy Communications Associate role, you will lead projects from start to finish leveraging project management software and your skills of organization, attention to detail and resourcefulness.
Your work mobilizing and enabling teams of colleagues will produce high quality marketing and communications deliverables on time and on budget.
An ideal candidate would have proven experience in managing multiple deadlines, leading projects from start to finish and mobilizing and coordinating the work of teams.

This position is a hybrid role- with the expectation of on-site workdays 2-4 days per month.Responsibilities:
Assists with writing letters, scripts and reports for target audiences including donors, prospects, physicians, patients and Foundations.
Contributes to written and visual content on healthcare programs, medical research and Cleveland Clinic initiatives for current and prospective donors.
Synthesizes content into compelling, donor-centric materials that align with the tone and brand of Cleveland Clinic.Writes, edits, proofreads and packages both internal and external communications for the Philanthropy Institute.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all internal and external deadlines are met.
