- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess warehouse performance and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any warehouse-related issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance to senior management.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of proven experience in warehouse management and logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices and software.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
