    JOB SUMMARY

    As the key leader of the hotel's food and beverage operation, you'll drive strategies to meet customer needs, boost revenues, and enhance department performance. Your role will involve overseeing the execution of brand service strategies, fostering associate satisfaction, and maximizing financial outcomes.

    JOB SPECIFIC TASKS

    • Manages the Food and Beverage budget effectively.
    • Identifies profit opportunities, challenges existing processes, and drives change.
    • Regularly reviews performance data and guest feedback to enhance operations.
    • Hires team members with strong expertise to meet business needs.
    • Ensures cash control and focuses on maintaining profit margins.
    • Empowers associates to deliver excellent guest service.
    • Monitors sales and introduces new products to meet customer expectations.
    • Strives for continuous service improvement and resolves issues promptly.
    • Ensures fair treatment of associates and escalates issues to HR when necessary.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    Education and Experience

    High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in food and beverage or related areas.

    OR

    2-year degree in relevant field; 4 years experience in food and beverage.
