- Perform requirements elicitation, gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of custom solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing validation guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize INCOSE requirements best practices throughout the engineering process.
- Engage in workshops, interviews, and active listening to capture and document requirements.
- Analyze, validate, and ensure clarity, consistency, and testability of requirements.
- Contribute to the development of an enterprise requirements management plan.
- Communicate requirements effectively to project participants and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project team to address issues promptly and ensure project progress.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Alternatively, 10 years of general experience, including 8 years of relevant experience, may substitute for a degree.
- Proficiency in Requirements Traceability Verification Matrices (RTVMs) and INCOSE requirements.
- Knowledge of functional, capability, system, and use case models.
- Experience with DOD compliance policies, business process improvement, and IT systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Modeling, System Engineering.
- Familiarity with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) and Innoslate Tool.

Description
Sentient Digital, Inc. is currently seeking a DoD IT Requirements Analyst to join our team in Norfolk, VA to support Military Sealift Command (MSC). This position offers a hybrid work setup, allowing flexibility between SDi's Downtown Norfolk office and Naval Station Norfolk based on daily requirements. The chosen Analyst will collaborate closely with SDi's enterprise architect, system and network engineering teams, and our MSC customer to ensure effective communication and understanding of requirements.
