Your Job Purpose:

As a Project Manager working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Semiconductor sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Ocotillo, Arizona.


You will be playing a pivotal role in overseeing maintenance and repair projects, ensuring they progress from initial conception through to completion.

This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and system owners, to develop detailed project execution plans.

The manager is tasked with overseeing all phases of project management, including scoping, planning, putting safety procedures in place, execution, and commissioning.

You are responsible for managing the project's financial aspects, adhering to budgets, and tracking expenditures.

Additionally, review proposals and change orders and providing input on design and constructability, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.


Your Job Description:


  • Receive maintenance and repair projects from system owners. Monitor and drive the execution of the project scope from conceptual development, scooping, planning, safestating, execution, startup, commissioning and project turnover.
  • Management and oversight of trades
  • Build teams with contractors, suppliers, system owners and stakeholders to define project execution plans.
  • Review, design, and construction bid packages.
  • Provide input on facility and system design and constructability.
  • Coordinate with System Owners for scope approvals.
  • Review proposals and change orders, providing feedback and escalation for review, as needed.
  • Ensure all Purchase Orders related to the projects are initiated and managed through PO closure.
  • Coordinate with System Owners and technicians for system safe state.
  • Coordinate and drive SIPP, DSL, and Line break processes.
  • Review the project schedule against the critical path and perform variance analyses to ensure impacts are minimized and the schedule is maintained.
  • Track project costs and expenditures, forecasting costs to completion.
  • Support the change management process in providing clarification and guidance on questions regarding scope, justification, and technical detail.
  • Establish standards for quality and production and ensure compliance with the projectspecific drawings and specifications, safety codes and other pertinent regulations.
  • Identify and assist in the mitigation of project risks and monitor the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Establish, coordinate, and conduct all necessary project meetings.
  • Maintain an accurate status sheet, updated at least daily and made available to all System Owners and managers.

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in project management, specifically managing largescale projects within an industrial or construction environment.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict timelines and budget constraints.
  • Required experience in managing industrial construction projects, understanding the complexities and safety standards involved.
  • Coordinate with various trades to ensure compliance with all safety codes, regulations, and projectspecific requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with contractors, suppliers, system owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication in all project documentation and during project meetings.
  • Plan and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
