Then we are looking for you as a manager (m/f/d) for our commercial personnel in Oak City.

Your tasks:

In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of around 30 commercial employees in the waste disposal or cleaning sector. You act as a dynamic leader who is dedicated to the development of each individual in order to achieve top performance together. In close cooperation with the foremen/team leaders, you ensure the excellent provision of our services, including consulting our customers. You are in regular exchange with other specialists and managers regarding operational and managerial matters. Ensuring occupational safety and coordinating daily work processes completes the exciting range of tasks.
