What we need
A leader in our Conversions team to oversee a staff of analysts responsible for developing defined data specifications and programming for client conversions and mergers.

What you'll do
- Lead, mentor and inspire a group of analysts with varying levels of skills and experiences as they define software solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Supervises the analysis and programming function while establishing priorities and assigning projects
- Plans and monitors status of project tasks and communicates as warranted
- Defines and enforces Software Development standards, controls and establishing QA and testing plans
- Maintains level of expertise of processing functions, regulatory requirements and industry business demands that processing must satisfy
- Eagerly collaborates with all other Software Development leaders and keeps stakeholders informed of projects and priorities
- Provides planning, oversight, management and guidance of significant production events
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7 years related banking or financial services experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Agile SDLC methods
- Experience with client/server concepts, relational databases, project planning and tracking
- Outstanding oral/written communication skills; ability to interact with various levels of staff and management
