Job Overview:

We are a well established, rapidly growing aquarium maintenance service business who is looking for someone to manage and expand our Quickbooks capabilities.

This role will assist the Operations Manager with adminstrative and bookkeeping tasks.

MUST BE LOCATED IN BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA


Responsibilities:

• Invoice latest visits
• Collect past due invoices
• Maintain inventory control
• Input to payroll company
• Create/maintain customer virtuall files
• Detail purchases in Quickbooks
• Monthly summary of deposits and expenses
• Profit/loss for each client
• Expand Quickbooks functions
• File receipts

Must be organized and pleasant to work with.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Flexible schedule.
