The Employer Branding Team at NEW WORK SE shapes the employer brand and is responsible for its impact and positioning in the market.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team with daily tasks in recruiting, active sourcing, coordination, and employer branding
  • Participation and taking ownership of projects
  • Insights and support for other HR teams such as Operations, Learning and Development, or Change and Communications
  • Assisting with the creation of regular reports from various internal and external areas to measure success and adapt strategies
  • Opportunity to get to know different departments of NEW WORK SE, from news editing to accounting to sales

What you bring:

  • Passion for people topics and digital media, with strong communication skills in German and English
  • High level of proactivity and quick comprehension
  • Openminded, flexible for new projects, and able to work creatively or in a structured manner
  • Interest in a company that is shaping the future of the working world
  • Completed high school diploma or vocational diploma, with practical experience through internships/parttime jobs
  • Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
