    Job DescriptionDescription:

    The HR Administrator will be responsible for working with the Premier Human Resources team on various processes. The administrator's responsibilities will include, but not limited to, maintaining training records and managing all HR documents. Must be familiar with Human Resources functions and be capable of maintaining organization while handling multiple functions.

    Requirements:

    Administrative Functions

    • Assist in maintaining training data entry.
    • Assist in HR reports and presentations.
    • Assist in secure personal record storage, current and previous files.
    • Assist in job fairs and recruiting.
    • Assist in processing new hires.
    • Maintain up to date job descriptions.
    • Assist in filing work comp claims.
    • Assisting the injured employee with proper claims documentation.
    • Compile claims reports/data on a quarterly basis
    • Keep Work Comp classification codes current.

    Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

    • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals.
    • Ability to follow established processes.
    • Ability to create letters, documents and send e-mail using appropriate software.
    • Computer Skills (MS applications specifically)

    Education

    • Associates Degree in Human Resources, or related field or a combination of High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2+ years' experience in HR.

    Physical Requirements

    • Able to sit, bend, and reach overhead as part of daily office activities.
    • Able to read documents with fine print.
    • Able to use a keyboard.
