'ViaNobis - The Independent Living Assistance
At St.

Martin's House, 24 men between the ages of 32 and 77 with intellectual disabilities and mental illness live in three shared apartments.

The residents receive support in all areas of life, tailored to each individual's needs and determined through a personalized needs assessment process.

Your responsibilities
Accompanying residents in the support system; jointly developing individual goal planning and supporting residents in their personal development
Creating a therapeutic environment in the daily life of the living group; conducting learning and training activities
Assisting older residents with basic care
Collaborating with the residents' support system and cooperation partners
Your profile
Successfully completed studies/training in social work, social pedagogy, special education, or health and nursing (m/f/d)
Experience in working with people with mental disabilities and interest in sensitive work with this group
Interest in shift work (no night shifts)
