As a Junior Consultant, you will work in project teams on exciting topics related to building operations. Together with the team, you will develop service specifications and operating concepts for our clients. You will identify potential for optimization - whether it be in processes and contracts or in the management of external service providers. And above all, you will impress with your interest in digitalization - for example, by defining and implementing new apps or tools such as CAIFM systems.

What you bring - besides passion?

  • You have a degree from a university or technical college - for example, in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, or Business Administration
  • Ideally, you also have some professional or project experience in the field of Facility Management or Real Estate Management
  • You are passionate about BIM, Smartbuilding, and sustainable building operations
  • You enjoy preparing presentations - whether in English or German
  • You are curious, communicative, and enjoy developing yourself and others - you have also internalized New Work and entrepreneurial thinking personally
