Innovative and Responsible - Your Tasks are Challenging:

  • Manage and monitor active development projects, including innovation and funding projects, to ensure objectives, timelines, resources, and costs are met.
  • Create and manage the development roadmap for the entire department.
  • Develop project plans and utilize agile project management techniques to adapt to changes.
  • Prepare evaluations, documentation, reports, white papers, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate the creation and management of the IP portfolio.
  • Act as the central contact person for development for all internal departments, including design, commissioning, production, purchasing, controlling, sales, and project management.
  • Bring in innovative ideas and improvements, both in terms of technical content and efficient tools and processes.
  • Support the Head of Development and Heads of Departments with administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Profile:

  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering, automation technology, production technology, physical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or physics.
  • Extensive knowledge in at least two of the following areas: optics, laser technology, laser material processing, industrial metrology, or machine tool construction.
  • At least 3 years of project
