    Description

    As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for IT infrastructure environments. This includes coding, testing, and certifying various technology platforms and applications with limited supervision.

    The role of Senior Associate in End User Services - Technology Engineering gives you the freedom to shape your day while collaborating with dedicated colleagues. Your main tasks will include:

    • Creating solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
    • Understanding the overall performance of IT platforms.
    • Developing and managing policies, guidelines, and procedures.
    • Monitoring advanced performance metrics for technology solutions.

     

    Qualifications
    • Minimum Required Experience:
    • 2 years of experience in engineering, managing, and implementing Microsoft Active Directory.
    • 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft Enterprise platforms and software.
    • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services.
    • Proficiency in VBScript and PowerShell scripting.
    • Experience in Active Directory design and troubleshooting Domain Controller issues.
    • Managing Group Policy across different platforms.
    • Working in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
    • Handling end-user interactions and ticket management.
    • Working with multi-cloud environments.
    • Desired Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • 4+ years supporting Microsoft Technologies.
    • Leading and mentoring junior engineers.
    • Experience in migrating services from LDAP to Active Directory.
    Key Tools
    • Microsoft Technologies - Active Directory Federating Services (AFDS), PowerShell, VBScript, Group Policy, Cayosoft, Semperis.
    • Cloud - AWS, Azure, GCP.
