Your Role

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you play a key role in our finance team by taking responsibility for the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of all accounts payable transactions.

Your Responsibilities

Invoice Verification & Payment Processing:

Timely and accurate posting of invoices, taking into account the correct cost center and other segmentations.
Conducting invoice verification. Reconciling orders, deliveries, and invoices. Proactively resolving discrepancies with the purchasing and operations teams.
Timely processing of payments to suppliers and service providers.
Digitalization and management of all accounting documents.

Compliance & Controls:

Compliance with and enforcement of accounting policies to ensure compliance.
Maintaining and strengthening internal controls against financial irregularities.
