The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a key player in our growth strategy, acting as the bridge between customers, sales team, and internal departments.
They have a track record of achievement, with strong communication skills to collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Executives, and Marketing on new sales tools, industry initiatives, and sales metrics analysis.
Additionally, they will research prospective client companies, providing context for incoming leads and distributing the leads to the outside team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The below list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.
- Maintain accounts and prospects for the entire North America market by using a CRM database. Research new prospects or sister facilities of existing customers to map industries and account hierarchies. Create Prospect Briefs or tailor presentations for outside sales team prior to highprofile customer meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contacts within external client companies.
- Analyze technical documents and recommend solutions from the full product line.
- Generate ondemand Territory & Product Market Analysis reports from existing company and industry data.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors, to ensure prompt customer quotation, order fulfillment, and service response.
- Assist with tracking and communication of customer contract milestones on new orders. Share resources with customers to prepare them for their order shipment and installation.
- Represent the company brand at special events and/or trade show settings.
- Execute administrative tasks and/or tasks related to special events (Company Open House, Trade Shows, Partner Events, etc.) on an as needed basis.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or postsecondary certificate in Marketing, Business, Technical Sales, or other applicable discipline.
- 1+ year(s) of experience with marketing, market research, sales analysis, or similar.
- Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement exceeding average expectation for their peer group.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel, or another analytics tool a plus.
- 1+ year(s) of experience within a sales or marketing department representing technical products preferred.
