Position Summary
This is an in-office position and will require working from the Deerfield, Illinois office 100% of the time.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates onboarding processes for employees. Insures all appropriate pre
- and post-employment processes are completed, including administering all required paperwork, initiating background check process, delivering onboarding presentations, entering new hires into payroll system, and submitting employment verification through E-Verify;

  • Serves as point of contact for search firms and all other recruiting vendors;
  • Creates new hire files and ensures completeness of employment files and records. Compiles reports from payroll database and applicant tracking system as needed;
  • Creates weekly Recruiting Report for Executive Management;
  • Manages internal transfer paperwork and approval process;
  • Reviews and approves recruitmentrelated vendor invoices for accuracy and prepares check requests for invoice payment. Researches and resolves escalated billing issues involving third party vendors;
  • Partner with the HR team on special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required;
  • Two to three years of fullcycle recruiting experience in a fastpaced environment. Previous experience in the IT industry a plus;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with applicant tracking systems required. Experience in ADP Workforce Now a plus;
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and recruitment best practices;
  • Ability to develop strong personal credibility and trusted relationships with managers and employees;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop accurate and clear written communication materials;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, and complete work with mínimal supervision;
  • Strong attention to detail for managing accuracy of data.
