A publicly listed German reinsurance company specializing in various areas of property and casualty and life reinsurance is seeking a Compliance Management System Specialist (m/f/d). You will benefit from a pleasant working environment and numerous development opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

Review and evaluation of compliance standards and processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conducting regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential risks and weaknesses.
Defining measures to mitigate risks based on the results of the assessments.
Continuous development of our compliance policies and processes and ensuring their implementation throughout the organization.

Your profile:

Completed degree (e.g. law, economics, business administration)
First professional experience in compliance management (e.g. internship, working student position)
Good knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance requirements is advantageous
Fluent in German and English at C1/C2 level
Willingness to occasionally travel internationally
