Hinicio is looking for a Senior Consultant who will take an active role in acquiring, managing, and executing consulting assignments in its new US office:Contributing to the development of new business through direct cooperation with other staff and strategic partners.
Writing proposals and developing methodologies for service proposals.
Project management:
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget, generating the expected impact with the client.
Analysis of complex energy systems.
Policy and regulatory analysis.
Coaching and guiding junior staff.
Contributing to the development and sharing of your team's expertise and know-how about US power, oil and gas, and sustainable fuels markets, economics, technologies, and policies.
The opportunity to manage small project teams and have a meaningful impact on clients in an international environment, coached by a manager or Head of BU.

Proven experience (4-6 years) in consultancy and project management in the energy sector or with a sustainability scope. For example, with a top consulting firm, energy company, or innovative start-up.Working experience in the US-market (3-4 years) and understanding of the US local ecosystems.

Business acumen and interest to generate new projects and business opportunities in liaison with other staff.A track record of successfully delivering complex projects under strict quality standards and deadlines.

A perfect command of English, meaning solid writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience with managing project teams, the execution of market studies, developing business cases, and strategic consultancy assignments.
Ideal candidates are interdisciplinary combining experience from engineering, economics, and policy-related aspects, either by academic background or experience.
Other languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) are a plus but not required.
