Agri-Mark is hiring for a Member Program Specialist within the Membership Department. This role will be responsible to coordinate, manage, and integrate programs for our member-owners, and subcontracted haulers. The member program coordinator will be an invaluable team member to support department programs. This individual will help to develop future initiatives within the department to support our member-owners, and subcontracted haulers.


What you'll be doing:

• Support the Membership Department in coordinating and managing member programs which are comprised of internal member and hauler data.
• Provide projections, recommendations, and future options to enhance, promote, or support programs.
• Utilize existing multiple integrated platforms to manage program coordination.
• Become proficient with current Membership programs to help manage internal programs through data uploads, and the development of excel documents to support the programs.
• Utilize data to optimize current programs and develop future ones to drive system efficiencies.
• Evaluate future systems and determine potential opportunities to support department needs.
• Maintain internal programs and educate both department employees, and memberowners on program rules, and processes.
• Ability to visualize data and support development of presentations to memberowners and executive teams.
• Become proficient with current membership programs to help manage internal programs through data uploads, and the development of excel documents to support the programs.
• Become proficient in the member website to support department needs and changes within the website.
• Understand our vertically integrated supply chain model to support future changes or enhancements.

What we are seeking:
Bachelor's Degree

Excellent analytical, and written skills

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and computer programs

Ability to work in team environment
