Your responsibilities- Independent planning, organization, and evaluation of training measures nationally and internationally, including management of training rooms
- Conceptualization of training measures
- Support in the implementation of personnel development measures nationally and internationally
- Data maintenance and preparation of analyses in the area of further education budget
- Management of external providers and trainers, as well as support in the selection process
- Analysis of existing processes and their further development or optimization
- Completed commercial education or degree with a focus on human resources
- Relevant professional experience in the abovementioned area preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Excellent language skills in English advantageous
- Independent work style and coordination skills
- Communication skills
