Description

We are currently looking for employees (m/f/d) for our dialogue marketing agency in Ellerau to join our customer service center at Lake Bungee.

Your responsibilities:

  • Telephone acquisition, dialogue marketing, customer acquisition and retention
  • No sales involved
  • Customer reactivation
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Conducting surveys/potential analyses
  • Recording conversation details in a CRM system

Requirements:

  • Friendly voice
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Professional interaction with people
  • High resilience, ability to handle stress and frustration
  • Efficient and fast working style
  • Quick familiarization with new topics
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Experience in customer service or similar consulting roles
  • Responsible and team-oriented
  • We are looking for individuals who enjoy talking on the phone and ideally have previous experience in a similar position, preferably with a focus on telephone customer service.
  • Open to career changers
  • You can choose your working hours flexibly between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
