We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a Law Firm Receptionist.
As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in shaping their experience with our firm.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and colleagues warmly and professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information about our firm's services.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring readiness.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- 12 years of experience in a law firm, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
- Desire to contribute to a supportive workplace culture.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
