This is what your (future) day looks like:

  • You welcome our arriving guests and ensure a smooth check-in process
  • You bid farewell to departing guests through a professional checkout process
  • In close collaboration with the Guest Relations team, you ensure that individual guest requests are successfully fulfilled
  • You monitor administrative processes at the front desk and handle your own cash register
  • In case of complaints, you remain composed and communicate effectively with our guests
  • As a supervisor, you also support your colleagues and work closely with the Front Office Manager to implement company standards

This is what we expect from you:

  • You have several years of experience at the front desk, ideally with some leadership experience
  • You enjoy taking on responsibility and working in an international team
  • Friendly and courteous demeanor
  • Strong team spirit
  • Positive attitude and openmindedness
  • Flexibility, solutionoriented thinking, and multitasking skills
  • You have advanced knowledge of the hotel software Opera and good MS Office skills
  • You communicate confidently in German and English (both written and spoken) with our international guests
