    Job DescriptionSMS Staffing Inc is Hiring Immediately for a skilled R&D Technician Job Title: R&D TechnicianJob Location: Plymouth, MN, U.S.A. 55442Job Type: Contract (possible extension or convert to hire)Pay: Starts at $29.00 an hourShift Structure: ONSITE, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekThe role of the R&D Technician:
    • Analyze verbal and statistical data to generate reports and studies for scientific and engineering purposes.
    • Utilize qualitative and/or quantitative lab methods as needed.
    • Contribute to research and development projects with a focus on precision and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of experimental procedures and results.
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory standards.
    About the R&D Technician: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
    • 1-4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Proficiency in qualitative and/or quantitative lab methods.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team environment.
    • Adherence to safety protocols and laboratory standards.
