    Shift Supervisor

    Ohio Region Description

    **WhiteWater Express Car Wash** is a leadership company that just happens to wash cars.     Welcome and safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel

    Uphold the company image of cleanliness and neatness

    Educating and assisting customers with purchasing car washes, memberships and wash books

    Builds a culture where every member works together to achieve the same goal

    Leads the team to include delegating and directing work, motivating the team; holds team accountable for meeting expectations; manages conflict or escalates to appropriate leader

    Requirements

    2 plus years of customer service experience

    2 plus years of managing experience

    Be a team player

    Work in a fast-paced environment

    Must be able to stand for long periods

    Stay active by working outdoors in changing temperatures and weather conditions

    Background check is required

    **No car washing experience necessary**
