Role Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and driven Operations Coordinator who can handle an array of tasks with precision and decisiveness.

This role requires someone who excels in administrative tasks, fulfillment, customer service, and operations while working closely with the CEO on various growth initiatives to help scale the business.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the supply chain process, ensuring products are correctly processed and published, meeting all quality standards.
  • Assist in fulfillment operations, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the CEO on operations, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
  • Support various growth tasks aimed at scaling the business, including process improvements and project management.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.

Compensation:


  • Competitive salary and bonus structure

$50, $60,000.00 per year
