We're a 4-person firm doing mostly renovation work in NYC since 1986. Most of our work is residential, with a smattering of showrooms, offices & other commercial work. Past projects include single family homes, residential buildings, urban row-houses, converted warehouses, and loft buildings. The firm has experience in buildings of nearly every age, from new construction to 18th century restorations. Roughly 1/3 of our projects are in Landmark districts.

We're looking for a person with 5-8years' experience to be a project manager. DoB & LPC experience is a plus. You will be designing, meeting with clients, going construction visits etc. Our projects usually last for 12-18 months and you'll be working on 3-5 jobs at a time.

Requirements:

Architecture degree, English proficiency & knowledge of
Archi-Cad is a must (we don't use AutoCad). Experience w/ NY City codes, construction; & detailing are all helpful.


Salary etc:
Salary commensurate w/ experience. Overtime if you work over 80 hrs. in 2 weeks;
100% Health coverage for employee.
