Description

The German Railway is not only one of the most important mobility service providers, but also one of the largest engineering firms in Germany.

Currently, more than engineers work for us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems - but that's not enough.

As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain:
the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for an engineer for vertical transportation technology (m/f/d) for DB Services GmbH at our Frankfurt (Main) location, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • You plan and manage projects in the technical facility management portfolio.
  • You ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs, taking into account applicable regulations, and provide professional guidance and competent leadership to project participants.
  • You carry out comprehensive project management services, including project preparation, planning, execution, and completion, in close collaboration with the project team.
  • You are responsible for the technical review and formal acceptance of planning services and for developing countermeasures in case of deviations.
  • You accompany project phases 26 of the HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers) and take the lead in phases 1, 68 of the HOAI. This includes handling offers from the basic assessment to the acceptance of construction and planning services.
  • You ensure communicated deadlines, proactively manage changes, and provide secondary construction supervision.
  • You contribute to project financing
