Mission:

As a Payroll Specialist, your mission is to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of payroll while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions with employees and the organization.

Your dedication to precision and your commitment to providing friendly and responsive service are essential in fostering positive relationships and contributing to the smooth operation of payroll functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage staff time and new staff employees.
Process weekly Payroll, including LCP and other administrative entry.
Report OCIP and CCIP on a routine basis.
Report monthly Union Reports
Maintain Certified Payroll
Administer to Customer inquiries related to Certified Payroll

Requirements & Skills

Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
10Key, data entry, and computer skills required
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including issuing paychecks and maintaining employee personnel files.

Preferred Experience

Three or more years of experience
Payroll, including union requirements.
Highly accurate and precise with numbers
Ability to manage data entry over long periods of time, highly organized.
Internal Customer Service focused.
Consistent output of work, Ability to meet deadlines.

Pay Range:
$18.00-$29.00 per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
