During your previous work, you have proven that you are proficient in the entire range of modern project and/or personnel work in a technical environment: from customer care, technical needs assessment, personnel search, to the trustworthy support and coaching of our employees, and the implementation of customer projects.

As a communicative person characterized by absolute trustworthiness, you are the competent contact person (m/f/d) with profound knowledge of labor and social law for employees and management alike. Ideally, you also have knowledge in sales and marketing.

  • Active sourcing as well as conception and organization of innovative personnel marketing measures for direct approach of suitable professionals, from graduates to highly qualified specialists
