As part of this full-time permanent position in our kindergarten "Im Wiesengrund" in Höchberg, you will shape the pedagogical work according to the life-world-oriented approach, as well as the guiding principles of AWO and the quality management standards of the organization.

You will take on tasks in the pedagogical field, work on projects, and develop the pedagogical concept together with your colleagues.
