Currently, we are looking for an IT Administrator for our client, a company located in the Gütersloh area, at Keasbey.

IT Administrator for IT Operations (m/f/d)

This position is available immediately and is a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for our employees for any IT-related questions. You will go beyond just solving problems and ensure sustainable improvements.
You will identify and resolve IT disruptions, analyze the causes, and develop long-term solutions.
You will contribute to the optimization of our IT processes.
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Microsoft Cloud infrastructure and network infrastructure.
You will work in the field of IT service management, develop best practices, and ensure compliance with service standards.

Profile

Successfully completed education in the IT field or equivalent.
Experience in IT support.
Practical knowledge in service-oriented support of software and hardware for Windows clients and in the Microsoft Cloud world.
A reliable and service-oriented way of thinking and working.
