We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper (m/f/d) for a permanent position at our location in Heidelberg.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent execution of ongoing bookkeeping, including classification and posting of business transactions
  • Reconciliation of payroll accounts
  • Monitoring of accruals
  • Management of reserves
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
  • Collaboration in the creation of business evaluations and reports
  • Support in optimizing and developing bookkeeping processes
  • Point of contact for internal departments, tax consultants, and auditors for bookkeeping matters

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in the field of bookkeeping
  • Indepth knowledge of bookkeeping according to HGB
  • Proficient in DATEV bookkeeping software
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Diligent and independent work ethic
  • Reliability, teamwork, and sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Excellent German language skills
