Roof Inspector - Chicago, United States - Active Board Up, Inc

Description

We are looking for roof inspector aspiring to inspect commercial and residential roofs with the insurance claims adjusters.

Strong customer service skills
Ability to safely climb and inspect any type of roof of various height and pitch
Roofing and construction related backgrounds and/or insurance claims experience are a plus but not required


Requirements:

Reliable vehicle with the ability to transport ladders of varying lengths
Ability to climb and assess any roof
At least a 24ft Ladder
Individuals that are HAAG Certified or Rope & Harness Certified are preferred

• Ability to identify the wind and hail damage
• Ability to send Pictures and measuremets by software
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.


Pay:
$250.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
