You want to take on responsibility as a leader and contribute to a culture of appreciation? Then support the store management at our REWE Steven Horn oHG (new opening summer 2024, start date in all tasks and, if necessary, also in a substitute role:

You not only implement the REWE sales concept, but also actively contribute with your ideas to shaping the assortment and implementing advertising and sales measures.
You manage sales, costs, inventory development and the implementation of quality management.
You support your team with advice and action, lead by example and create work schedules.
An appreciative leadership on equal terms and a trusting cooperation are a matter of course for you.
You ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable with competent advice and courteous service.
You ensure excellent product presentation, freshness and cleanliness with your eye for detail.
You are responsible for compliance with legal and company regulations.
