Your task:


As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will plan and manage internal and external deliveries for a large customer, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

This includes overseeing difficult customer orders, coordinating internal and external deliveries, monitoring service level agreements, and ensuring accurate billing. You will also be responsible for creating service reports, managing incidents, problems, and escalations, and leading sub-projects.


Your Profile:


You have a degree in telecommunications, computer science, business, or business informatics, or a completed vocational training with several years of experience in customer contract and service management.


Additionally, you possess the following knowledge and skills:

  • Indepth knowledge of customer contract and service management
  • Proficiency in operations and service level agreements (OLA and SLA)
  • Experience in quality management
  • Understanding of cost and revenue in relation to time, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to participate in level 2/3 oncall duty
  • Customeroriented work style

The Classified Service Management department is responsible for fulfilling contracts with customers in the public sector that have heightened security requirements.

We manage the maintenance and expansion of these contract relationships through personalized customer care.

Our core tasks include planning and commissioning service delivery by operational units, as well as monitoring their work results in terms of budget, quality requirements, and deadlines.
