Job summary
We are seeking a Training Program Manager to join our Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) Learning & Development Team. As a member of this team, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to support and implement business priorities in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the industry.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of investment banking products, people, and processes as well as proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with colleagues at all levels globally. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required along with strong interpersonal abilities confidence in addressing large audiences demonstrated passion for training development strong team player adaptable working within flexible dynamic team environment ability operate effectively under pressure manage ambiguity while having strong judgement decision making abilities experience managing employees or projects excellent project management organizational skills focus implementation results oriented proactive approach initiative innovative mindset problem solving skills previous experience financial services public speaking facilitation experience an asset.
