The Program Director for Learning to Work will lead the program's activities and staff to maximize contract goals and performance targets. They will communicate effectively with students, staff, supervisors, and funders.Responsibilities
- Motivate and coach direct reporting staff.
- Troubleshoot student and direct reporting staff program problems.
- Work with direct reporting staff to improve work performance through feedback and training.
