Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out and secure new client relationships while strategically navigating the industry landscape to identify untapped markets.
- Utilize an indepth understanding of Delaware Metals' offerings to craft compelling value propositions that resonate with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader promotional efforts, optimizing brand visibility and lead generation.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management, informing datadriven adjustments to sales tactics and company direction.
- Operate with a high degree of independence while ensuring sales objectives align with the broader goals and values of Delaware Metals.
Qualifications:
- A solid foundation of experience in sales, specifically within the machining or metal fabrication industry.
- A portfolio of established contacts and a history of successful business development within the sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- A strong background in consultative sales techniques, with a knack for understanding and resolving customer pain points.
- Competency in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems to organize and document sales activities efficiently.
