Expectations and Responsibilities

  • Consultation with local users and development of process requirements for applications in the assigned area
  • Analysis and implementation of specific service requests (e.g. creation of master data or changes to user permissions)
  • Analysis and resolution of IT-related issues / disruptions in the use of business applications in the assigned area
  • Proactive maintenance of system components of the responsible business applications
  • Monitoring of responsible business applications and response
