- Provide training on Marketo Engage campaign build tools to Marketing & Campaign Operations employees
- Conduct quality testing on all campaigns built and executed by the Campaign Operations team
- Offer troubleshooting support to ensure accurate email construction and campaign execution
- Participate in weekly Training Office Hours to address Marketo user queries
- Develop or update Marketo training documentation as needed; define process documentation
- Evaluate Workfront intakes to verify availability of required assets in Marketo
- Create Journeys and emails in Marketo using Marketo Design Studio and HTML
- Build Forms for use in AEM Web Pages
- Generate email performance reports through Marketo reporting
- Provide QA support for Leadership Review meetings by presenting samples and confirming data
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing campaign development
- Marketo Business Practitioner Expert Certification
- Proficiency in HTML
- Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Visio, etc.)
- Familiarity with Eloqua
- Problem-solving mentality
- Collaborative team player
- Effective communication with Marketing and Product Managers
