Sales representatives, field representatives, customer advisors, customer service representatives, sales managers, administrative staff, clerks, call center agents, and also career changers (m/f/d).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Large customer potential in the agency no cold calling required
With enthusiasm, you convince your customers of the appropriate insurance solutions for them. You measure your success by sales and acquiring new customers.
Even after the contract is signed, you always stay on top of things. You regularly check if your customers' coverage is suitable for their current life situation and support them in case of claims or benefits.
Because you care about your customers' needs, you advise them onsite, in the agency, or flexibly from your home office.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed vocational training or proof of IHK or BWV certification as an "insurance specialist"
Enjoy sales and interest in digital sales tools
Confident, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor.
