- Administer and manage all records for Grape and Wine Tracking System, including program forecast, grape and bulk wine contracts, allocations, and wine blends.
- Coordinate and participate in the development, testing, and implementation of subsequent phases of the raw material information system.
- Maintain department records regarding; grape yields, quality, pricing, planting status, climate data, & cultural practices.
- Responsible for generation of multiple harvest reports and daily delivery schedules.
- Audit harvest delivery information and grower payment recaps.
- Administer maintenance of off line systems with relevant information/data.
- Maintain grower contact list.
- Responsible for the generation of the annual Grape Crush Report to the California Department of Food and Agriculture.
- Prepare post-harvest wine program blend sheets for all TFE brands.
- Cross train to backup functions in the Grower Relation Department.
- Develop reports as requested and special projects as assigned.
- Perform general correspondence, typing, faxing, and copying as needed.
- Work long hours and weekends during harvest.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business, related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Two or more years of directly related experience.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow through essential.
- Experience in dealing with confidential materials and situations.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or the equivalent.
- Ability to think critically and exercise discretion and independent judgement.
- Moderate to heavy physical work
- Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates' facilities
- Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day)
- Must comply with all safety equipment requirements including ear plugs and safety glasses
- Exposure to various chemicals in production areas
- Exposure to machinery, forklifts and related production equipment
- Long and irregular hours during peak periods or on various shifts
- Extensive walking and lifting of up to 55 pounds

Job Summary:
Maintain the Grape and Wine Tracking System (GWTS) and provide support to Grower Relations Department.

Salary Range: $64, $78,500.00
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
